Where is Poptastic made?

All of our products are made in our very own facility in British Columbia, Canada.

How is Poptastic cooked?

Our popcorn is popped in 100% avocado oil, then coated with our seasoning recipes inside season drums.

What is Poptastic’s shelf life?

No one wants a stale snack! Our popcorn shelf life is 8 months from the time we make it. Check the "Best Before Date" stamp on your bag.

Where is Poptastic sold?

Look for us at natural product grocers in your neighbourhood and in the natural product aisles in regional and national retailers.

I can’t find your product at my local store.

We try our best to bring Poptastic to as many retail locations as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot control the store’s specific product assortment.

If you would like to see Poptastic on your local grocers’ shelf, please recommend us to the store manager. 

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship to Canadian addresses only.

How much is shipping?

We offer ground shipping to street addresses in Canada. Although popcorn is light, shipping companies charge for the size of boxes. Shipping fees are:

1 - 2 boxes: $11.99
3 - 4 boxes: $24.99
5+ boxes: $34.99

How long does it take to get my order?

Order fulfillment may take 2-4 business days plus delivery time.

When will my order arrive?

All Poptastic orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship from our facility in Surrey, BC, Canada.

Please allow 10 - 15 business days for your order to arrive.

My order is missing. Where is it?

Check the carrier notice left at your delivery address and the tracking details. If you're still unable to locate the package, please contact them.

For multiunit addresses or office buildings, checking in with your neighbours, front desk, property manager, and/or mail room. Because carrier shipping delays and lost or stolen packages are out of our hands, we are not responsible for such circumstances.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final and we do not offer returns. We know you will love Poptastic and we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds and/or replacements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a replacement, contact us and include the following: your full name, order number, phone number, mailing address, photos of the product and packaging, and reason for the return within 7 days of receiving your order to be considered.

Need to cancel your order?

Please contact us right away. If your order has been processed and is on route, we cannot cancel it.
